Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required for all appointments. Notice of cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance of the appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, or on the same day as the appointment, the credit card will be charged 50% of the cost of the booked service. This includes appointments that are rescheduled for a later date. If there is no cancellation notice and your appointment is missed, the credit card will be charged the full amount of the booked service.

By subscribing to Bellezza’s text notifications, you consent to receive appointment related messages at the phone number provided. The frequency of messages varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to our messages, or by following the instructions provided in the message.

To deliver text messages, we collect:

  • Your Phone Number: So we can send text message notifications regarding your interest in our products and services. 
  • Appointment Information: To send reminders about your scheduled appointments.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information.

We may share your phone number and other relevant information with third-party text messaging platforms that facilitate the delivery and management of our text notifications. These service providers are prohibited from using your personal information for any purposes other than enabling Bellezza’s text messaging service.

Return Policy

Unopened merchandise may be returned with receipt for a merchandise credit within fourteen days of the purchase
